• Local Data: By default, the App stores your workout data, lift numbers, and preferences locally on your device.
• Account Information: If you choose to use the Cloud Sync feature, you must create an account. We collect your email address and an associated user ID to authenticate you and secure your data. We use Google Firebase for authentication.
• Health & Fitness Information: When you use Cloud Sync, your workout data, lift numbers, and settings are synchronized to our secure database (Google Firestore) so you can access them across devices.

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the core functionality of the App.
• To synchronize your data across your devices when you opt into Cloud Sync.
• To authenticate your identity and protect your account.

Data Security and Sharing

We take your data security seriously. All data transmitted between your device and our cloud database is encrypted in transit. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or fitness data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Children's Privacy

This App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
